| Terms & Conditions: |
| 1. Usage of Floodlight for Facilities at sr. no. (1), (2) & (4) will be additionally charged as per the charges listed at "Annexure A". |
| 2. The Booking for an event under 'Category D' shall be reserved with 2 days for setup and 1 day for dismantling and any additional set-up/ dismantling day would be charged @ ₹ 50,000/- per day. |
| 3. The Booking for an event under 'Category A, B or C' shall be reserved with 1 days for setup and 1 day for dismantling and any additional set-up/ dismantling day would be charged @ ₹ 50,000/- per day for 'Category C', @ ₹ 25,000/- per day for 'Category B' and @ ₹ 5,000/- per day for 'Category A'. |
| 4. Booking will be confirmed on payment of the entire invoice amount, within 7 days of issue, failing which, the booking shall stand cancelled. |
| 5. The Security Deposit shall be as follows: Category A & B - 30,000/-, Category C - ₹ 1,00,000 and Category D - ₹ 2,00,000. |
| 6. The Security Deposit will be refunded only if, the event setup is removed within stipulated time, no event waste is left behind, on assessment of damages to the stadium property, if any, no additional days for set-up/dismantling has been taken by the organisers and on submission of the TDS challans, if TDS has been deducted. |
| 7. For availing the Tariff displayed at 'Category C', the organisation should have been a registered firm in Goa under Societies Registration Act, 1860 and in existence for atleast a period of 1 year. |
| 8. The Tariff above shall not be applicable for an event beyond 7 days, these bookings shall be communicated seperately. |

| Terms & Conditions: |
| 1. For any additional setup day charges will be @ ₹ 5,000/- per day for Category A to C and @ ₹ 10,000/- per day for Category D. |
| 2. Booking will be confirmed on payment of the entire invoice amount, within 7 days of issue, failing which, the booking shall stand cancelled. |
| 3. The Security Deposit for the events listed at Category C will be ₹ 20,000 and listed at Category D will be ₹ 30,000. |
| 4. The Security Deposit will be refunded only if, the event setup is removed within stipulated time, no event waste is left behind, on assessment of damages to the stadium property, if any, no additional days for set-up/dismantling has been taken by the organisers and on submission of the TDS challans, if TDS has been deducted. |
| 5. For conduct of a non sporting event listed at col. no. (iii) above, the organisation should have been registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 at least for a minimum period of 1 year. |
| 6. The rates listed above at col. no. (iv) shall not be applicable for Commercial Sporting / Non-Sporting Event beyond 7 days and the same will be communicated seperately. |
